Shipping and Returns

How much will my order cost to ship?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the product(s) purchased.  Once you have selected your items you are able to get a shipping estimate by reviewing your shopping cart.

Can we collect our order?
This is on a case by case basis as our warehouse is not staffed full time. Our freight costs are competitive and we often find cheaper than the costs associated with a customer pick up.

When will my order be dispatched?
We dispatch Monday to Friday. In most instances your order will be dispatched within two working days of the order being placed. If this is not possible for any reason we will contact you on receipt of the order.

How long will my item take to deliver?
This depends on where you are located. Please allow anywhere from 2-10 working days, depending on where you are located (Rural Delivery in particular should allow longer).  We cannot be held responsible for the freight companies not delivering on time. Parcels will require a signature to acknowledge receipt of delivery. Should no one be available accept delivery you may be left a ‘card to call’.  If this is the case, please contact the delivery company to rearrange delivery at a suitable time or to collect from their local depot.

What happens if an item is damaged?
Before taking receipt of the order, please check for any faults or damages and make notes of any defects on the delivery docket. If possible take a photo of the fault.  Yardgames must be notified of the fault within 48 hours on (09) 449 0558 or sales@yardgames.co.nz. Failure to do so may mean that any freight insurance is void. Once we have the details we will liaise with our suppliers regarding the appropriate action to reach a solution. Damaged or faulty items will be replaced at no charge.

What happens if I change my mind?
Yardgames cannot take goods back on a change of mind basis. We endeavour to provide as much information about the product as possible so your decision to purchase is an informed one.  Please feel free to contact us should you need further information prior to making your purchase.

Can I cancel an order?
With any cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. In the event that the product is shipped, you will be charged for the order. if you wish to cancel your order, contact us ASAP using the details below and quote your order number.
